I use a monkfruit/erythritol blend sugar replacement in my baked goods. All of my options are low glycemic, which makes them a great option for individuals with diabetes or people watching their sugar intake.
Erythritol is a naturally occurring sugar alcohol found in fruits. Monkfruit is also naturally occurring and comes from the monkfruit melon.
Items made with monkfruit/erythritol blend sugar replacement are refined sugar free.
